The possible effects of creatine:

- It might rejuvenate effect (decreases the amount of lipofuscin that increases in old age and increased life expectancy in animal studies)
- I might prevent and decrease age spots (brown spots on the skin associated with ageing)
Recommended consumption for adults: Mix 1 teaspoon (3 g) creatine powder in 300 ml lukewarm/warm, but not hot liquid. For better absorption, wait until it completely dissolves. The effect of creatine is enhanced by initially taking a larger dose. e.g. 3 x 3 g for 2 weeks morning/noon/evening). Thereafter, 3 g per (1 dose) day is sufficient.
